I am an executive leadership consultant and coach and founder of Red Letter Leadership. I am a retired Marine Raider with 21 years of active service. I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and hold Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in History. I and my wife, Sarah, are the proud parents of seven, six of whom her and I adopted. I served as a Presidential Security Guard, a Force Recon Marine, a Marine Special Operator, an Infantry Officer, and completed my service as a Special Operations Officer. I am passionate about my own personal development as a leader and helping others grow their leadership capacity to advance God’s kingdom purposes.
